Can i upgrade / downgrade my package?

Currently we are not offering the option for you to upgrade or downgrade your package

Why can't i order a single Platinum Package? 

In order for us to assign people with their friends, you must pay for all the deposits of the members in your group in 1 go. So if your party size is 6, and the deposit is £99 pp, then you must pay £99 x 6 = £594 (+ Booking Fee) to secure the villa package 

What if there's only 2 of us for the Gold Package?

Our Gold Packages are based on 3 people sharing, however it is possible for 2 of you to pay and secure one of these rooms. In order to do that, you will have to pay £25 extra per person if there's only 2 of you.

How long is the flight from Gran Canarias?

The duration of a direct flight is 4 hours and 20 minutes.

Are deposits for tickets/packages refundable?

Unfortunately deposits and package payments are not refundable. Once paid, it has been processed for the longevity of your booking.

Which airport in Gran Canarias is best to land to?

The best airport to land to is Gran Canaria Airport

How do I know my booking is confirmed?

Once you have reached the last stage of the booking process, you will receive an email confirmation. Your email confirmation will have a unique reference/barcode that will represent the proof of your booking. From there we will have your details stored and ready to use for wristband collection. Please ensure you use your first and last name that is on your ID card.

Where and when is wristband collection?

Wristband collection will be situated in different areas in London. The exact addresses will be announced in 2020 closer to the date. The date of wristband collection will also be announced in 2020 closer to the date.

Can I sell my wristband?

Wristbands are not for resale.

What do the Accomodations in the Gold and Platinum Package look like?

What currency do they use in Gran Canarias?

The currency used in Gran Canarias is the Euro.

Where in Gran Canaria is best to book my hotel?

We would recommend booking accommodation in either; Maspalomas or Playa De Ingles.

Where is the strip?

Our venues are situated in different areas within Gran Canaria; all which aren’t too far from each other. However, the area most like a ‘strip’ would be an area called ‘Playa Del Ingles’ where one of our venues is.

What is the difference between a ____ package and a _____ VIP package?

A general admission wristband gives standard access to all events both day and night, every day. With a general admission wristband you can be in all areas of the venue except VIP areas. A VIP wristband gives both standard access and VIP access to premium sections in our venues, both day and night every day, including entry to Boat Party

When is the best dates to book our flights?

All the fun begins on the 23rd of June 2020 and will end in the early hours of the 27th of June 2020. We suggest you book your flights from the 22nd till the 27th (If you can wake up on time) or till the 28th.

What happens if I lose my wristband?

We thoroughly recommend you do NOT lose your wristband as If you lose it a replacement wristband will cost £149. The wristbands are very durable and strong and are to stay on your wrists through out the duration of Dusk Till Dawn.

Once I pay my deposit, how do the instalments work?

Once you get to the final stage of your booking, EventCube will detail your payment dates. It is very important your aware of the dates and have money in your account before midnight of each date.

What happens if I don’t receive a confirmation email?

This shouldn’t happen, if it does, please check your Junk Folder. If it is still not there, email us and we will assist you.

Is there uber in Gran Canaria?

Unfortunately no. However there are local cabs all around the island. They’re white and should say TAXI in the windscreen.

Is there an age restriction to Dusk Till Dawn?

Yes. Under no circumstance should anyone below the age of 18 purchase a ticket. This is an 18+ event.

If I book a hotel package how will you ensure I stay with my friends?

To everyone that books a holiday package, we will have your details stored. We will send you a document whereby you will detail which 3 adults are staying in the room.
